According to a consumer survey conducted by in May 2023, about ** percent of respondents from China who had followed influencers but had not purchased their endorsement indicated that they were clear they did not really need the endorsed items. However, the same survey found that a majority of respondents from China had purchased the products endorsed by an influencer.
