The number of digital video viewers in Europe keeps increasing every year, spurring companies to compete for airtime to promote their products and services. Digital video advertising spending in Europe amounted to 21.8 billion euros in 2023. The United Kingdom was the leading market, generating nearly eight billion euros in revenue and outpacing its closest competitors, Germany and France, combined. Turkey took the top spot among the fastest-growing digital video ad markets on the continent, followed by Ukraine and Croatia.
