Familiarity with emerging AI technologies remained uneven across financial services in Europe, with agentic AI still being relatively niche. Only around ** percent of firms in wealth and asset management and ** percent in banking and capital markets reported being extremely or moderately familiar with agentic AI, while the share was lower in insurance at ** percent. By contrast, more established technologies such as AI-enhanced augmented and virtual reality showed higher familiarity levels, reaching ** percent in wealth and asset management and ** percent in banking. Small language models and reasoning AI models also scored higher, with familiarity rates generally ranging between the mid-*** and ** ±è±ð°ù³¦±ð²Ô³Ù.Ìý
