Impact from AI adoption in 2025 appeared broad across banking functions, with technology seeing the strongest effect. Technology led at ** percent, while several other areas clustered at roughly ** percent, including data management, digital channels, finance and treasury, and risk and compliance. Overall, the results indicate AI’s perceived impact extended well beyond a single department, with most major functions reporting similar, high levels of influence.
