According to a survey carried out from November 2021 to August 2022, the voting intention for Jair Bolsonaro, incumbent president of Brazil, has been increasing over time. While starting with a voting intention of ** percent, as of mid-August 2022, just a month and a half before the presidential elections, a third of respondents intended to vote for him. Lula da Silva, candidate of the Workers' Party (PT) and former president, led the opinion poll with ** percent, three percentage points lower than in the previous survey in November. As of the latest edition of the survey, *** percent of respondents were still unsure of whom they would cast a ballot for.
