According to a survey conducted in 2025 among influencers in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), ** percent believed Dubai was the best city in the region to start a small business. This was followed by Riyadh and Beirut with ** percent and *** percent, respectively. Of those surveyed, **** percent were based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
