During an August 2023 survey, ** percent of surveyed small or medium business (SMB) owners within entertainment and recreation industry said their biggest concern was creating relationships with new customers or clients. The same also stood as the biggest concern of SMBs within construction and restaurant-oriented sectors, at ** and ** percent, respectively.
