This statistic presents the willingness of bank customers in United Kingdom to consider banking with an existing non-bank financial brand; also predictions as not all of those brands offer current account services at present. Slightly more than one in five customers (21 percent) of UK banks would consider banking with an existing non-bank financial brand such as PayPal or the Post Office – but only half that proportion (11 percent) would bank with Apple. Slightly bigger percentage considers banking with Google or Waitrose (13 percent) and even more bank customers consider banking with Tesco (15 percent). Only 7 percent of bank customers considers banking with Vodafone.
