For first-time customers, essential products such as clothing and groceries, were the most popular choice. Around ** percent of respondents bought clothes and accessories, and ** percent bought groceries online for the first time due to COVID-19. Other newly purchased products and services included restaurant meals, hygiene and beauty products, electronics, and recreational goods.
