As of April 2020, almost ** percent of the retail sector companies in Finland estimated that their businesses will continue or will be likely to continue in three months time despite the coronavirus pandemic. However, over one fifth of the retail companies experienced uncertainty over business continuity. According to the survey, around ** percent stated that there will be a high risk of shutting down their businesses, while *** percent reported that their businesses will end by July 2020.
