According to survey results from April to June 2020, roughly ** percent of Finnish consumers planned to buy more often from domestic online stores after the coronavirus pandemic is over or if the pandemic lasts long. Around one third of the respondents said that they mostly use Finnish online shops, and they will continue buying from these webshops as before. The share of consumers who will prefer the most affordable option or a good selection slightly increased in the period between April and June 2020.
At the same time, almost ** percent of the respondents in Finland estimated that they shop online more than usual in light of the on-going coronavirus pandemic.
