According to survey results from April to June 2020, nearly ** percent of the respondents in Finland considered shopping online more often than usual in light of the on-going coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. However, around ** percent of the people estimated in June that they were not going to change their online shopping habits in the case of prolonged crisis. At the same time, every fifth respondent was still unsure, while roughly *** percent said that they buy less online.
