Extensive lockdowns and social distancing measures during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic have revolutionized the Indonesian retail industry. The major shift in consumer behavior during this time not only drove massive growth in the e-commerce sector but also gave rise to a new retail concept known as quick commerce or q-commerce.
