In the second half of 2024, Barclays received the highest number of complaints to the Financial Ombudsman among the leading banks in the United Kingdom. During this period, 4,301 complaints were filed against Barclays. It was followed by HSBC with 3,476 complaints, and Revolut with 3,397 complaints.
