In the second half of 2024, HSBC UK Bank Plc had the highest number of banking and credit card-related customer complaints opened in the United Kingdom (UK), with more than 91,000 complaints. The National Westminster Bank Plc followed, receiving over 81,000 customer complaints in the second half of 2024. Lloyds ranked third, with over 73,000 complaints, followed by Barclays and Bank of Scotland, both with over 60,000 complaints.
