The results of the first round of the Ecuador elections on February 9, 2025, reveal marked differences between provinces. With percent of the ballots counted, Pastaza was the region where Daniel Noboa received the most support, with percent of the votes, while Manabà predominantly favored Luisa González. Despite these marked regional preferences, at the national level, the difference between the current president and the correÃsta candidate is just half a point.
