Among a total of 3,234 respondents, 239 were between 16 and 24 years old, 903 were between 25 and 34 years old, 1,052 were between 35 and 44 years old, 573 were between 45 and 54 years old, and 467 were above 54 years old.

According to a survey conducted by in Hong Kong in November 2023, around ** percent of respondents aged between 16 and 24 years said that they prefer to go to a physical store to return items they purchased online. In comparison, only ** percent of those above 54 years old chose this as their preferred method.
