This statistic presents perceptions on employer usage of social media advertising to target only male potential candidates according to adults in the United States as of April 2019, by ethnicity. During the survey it was found, that ** percent of White respondents in the U.S. thought it was inappropriate for employers to use social media advertising to target only potential male candidates. The same was true for ** percent of responding Hispanics.
