Impact of journalists' AI use on their work worldwide 2024
A total of 40 percent of surveyed journalists worldwide said that their use of AI had impacted their work to a large extent as of November 2024, with just over four percent saying their own AI use had no effect on their work at all. AI is increasingly influencing how newsrooms operate, with journalists deploying the technology for a variety of purposes, from content editing to translation.
