According to a 2024 survey conducted in the United States, around 25 percent of responding adults claimed to have used artificial intelligence-powered online search engines to test the new technology. Around 12 percent of respondents mentioned the accuracy of AI-generated search results as reasons for using these tools, and another 17 percent of respondents claimed the chatbot-style results led them faster to find their answers.
