According to a 2022 survey, Facebook was the most used platform for social commerce in Mexico, with more than nine out of ten consumers saying they had purchased products and services through this network. Photo and video sharing app Instagram came in second place, with ** percent of consumers using the platform to make purchases, followed by instant messaging platform WhatsApp with ** percent.
