According to an April 2021 survey of consumers in the United States and the United Kingdom, the majority of respondents trust crowd-sourced review websites, with 49 percent of respondents in the UK declaring they "somewhat trust" these websites. Seven percent of respondents in the United States declared that they distrust review websites a lot, while only five percent consumers in the United Kingdom felt the same.
