In a survey conducted in October 2020, UK consumers were asked if they intended purchase goods through direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels. At ** percent, clothes was the most popular consumer goods category that respondents said they were planning to buy more via D2C. Around one quarter of consumers also expressed an intention to buy electronics over D2C channels.
