Personalized offers, specific promotions can be suggested through this process. In light of that, the source wanted to ask French online consumers how they rated certain functionalities or displays of unified commerce practices in 2020. As most data is collected online and through shopping applications, French consumers considered the display of payment guaratee and delivery costs as the most useful display functions for brands with an online presence (more than 70 percent).
