Younger generations were most likely to be critical of how advertising addresses racism, a survey from June 2020 found, as 45 percent of those aged under 34 felt that the topic was not sufficiently tackled in advertising. This concern decreased with age, as 25 percent of those aged over 45 were of the same opinion.
