Survey question: In your opinion, is it time to end the war in Gaza?Â
The January survey was conducted between January 16 and 20, 2025. It included 805 Jewish and 205 Arab respondents, forming a representative sample of the adult population in Israel. The maximum error for the entire sample was ±3.5% at a 95% confidence level.
The June survey was conducted between June 15 and 16, 2025. It included 800 Jewish and 151 Arab respondents, forming a representative sample of the adult population in Israel. The maximum error for the entire sample was ±3.2% at a 95% confidence level.

Israeli public opinion on halting the Gaza war 2025
According to surveys conducted by the INSS in Israel, there was growing public support for ending the war in Gaza between January and June, 2025. While 49 percent of respondents supported ending the war in January 2025, this grew to over 60 percent in June 2025.
On October 7, 2023, Palestinian militants, led by Hamas, invaded Southern Israel in a surprise attack. Subsequently, the Israel-Hamas war broke out in Gaza.
