Banks and fintechs were the financial institutions young adults in the UK trusted the most in 2024. Among UK consumers ages 18 to 24, ** percent expressed high trust in banks, with an additional ** percent reporting very high trust. Trust levels toward fintechs were slightly lower, with ** percent expressing high trust and ** percent very high trust. In contrast, mortgage lenders, credit card companies, and insurance companies received significantly less trust from this age group.
