Attracting young customers is crucial to the success of UK banks, according to a 2024 survey. Two-thirds of bank executives surveyed said that engaging younger demographics is essential to future-proofing their business. However, this task is far from easy. Fifty-seven percent identified attracting young customers as one of their biggest challenges over the next 12 months. Still, **** of the respondents plan to prioritize this effort, recognizing it as key to staying competitive.
