The majority of senior consumers in Japan visited physical retail stores at least once a week, as revealed in a survey conducted from January to February 2024. While the largest share of respondents aged 60 years and older shopped at retail stores on two to three days in a week, ** percent stated that they visited physical stores almost daily.
