The ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ Global Consumer Survey in 2023 revealed that, in the United Kingdom, fruits and vegetables were the leading sustainable food category purchased by millennial respondents. Some ** percent of respondents stated that they had purchased sustainable or eco-friendly fruits and vegetables in the last three months.
