Meanwhile, the percentage of WhatsApp users disagreeing with the idea of receiving ads through the app went from ** percent in 2023 to ** percent in 2024. According to the same study, over **percent of Brazilian WhatsApp users received sales offers from companies they had never contacted through the app.
