According to a survey conducted in mid-2023, the SVOD service U.S. people were most satisfied with was the relaunched platform Max (formerly HBO Max), with a satisfaction rate of ** percent. However, this marked a decline of *** percentage points compared with the previous year. Hulu and Disney+ came second and third, with ** and ** percent of respondents stating to be satisfied with these services. While Apple TV+ recorded the highest growth rate during the period from 2021 to 2023, the satisfaction for Netflix dropped the most.
