More than 80 percent of the Ecuadorian electoral register cast a vote in the general presidential elections held on February 7, 2021. According to preliminary results as of February 12, approximately 81 percent of registered voters cast a vote, while around 19 percent did not vote. Of the total votes cast, around 9.55 percent were considered null and another 3.1 percent were blank votes.
