The original questions was phrased as follows: "Si las elecciones a la Presidencia fueran el domingo y los candidatos fueran los que están en la tarjeta, ¿por cuál de ellos votaría?"
Results prior to March 2021 were extracted from previous surveys. Only results from the survey carried out in March 18 were included.
Only most preferred candidates were included. Candidates with a small share and the options "other", "blank", "none" and "do not know/answer" were excluded.
The figures of March and April were rounded to continue the format of former surveys.

Citation formats

According to a survey conducted between September 2021 and April 2022, Gustavo Petro consolidated his position as the most preferred candidate for the Colombian presidential elections of May 29, 2022. In the span of eight months, the voting intention for the founding leader of the left political organization Colombia Humana grew by ** percentage points, from ** to ** percent. The candidate of the conservative coalition Coalición Equipo por Colombia, Federico Gutiérrez, went from a voting intention of **** percent in September 2021 to ** percent in the latest survey. It is worth noticing that about percent of Colombians intended to cast a blank vote.
