According to a survey from 2019, roughly ** percent of Finns estimated that their phone usage and time spent on watching TV content increased during the past 12 months. Furthermore, online video consumption and listening to music increased among ** percent of the respondents. At the same time, slightly more respondents said that their social media usage declined, compared to those who spent more time using social media. Audiobooks, e-books, and game videos were consumed only by around one fifth of the respondents as of 2019.
