Over the 2019 holiday season, shoppers across Europe were expecting to utilize mobile apps while doing their holiday shopping, according to a consumer research published by Salesforce. The share of respondents who planned to shop via mobile apps varied between ** percent in Germany and ** percent in Italy. Of those surveyed for those study, ** percent of consumers in Nordic countries expected to purchase holiday items on mobile shopping apps.
