In Europe, organizations across industries such as retail and financial services have still some way to go when it comes to customer data integrations across channels. A survey conducted in selected European countries in 2018 showed that between ** and ** percent of organizations were able to integrate customer data "very well" across phone, web, mobile and social channels.
