This statistic presents the share of retailers in France, Germany and the United Kingdom (UK) who agreed in 2019 that the need for digital transformation in retail increased in the last three years. All of the retailers from France who took part in this study agreed that digital transformation became a pressing need in the past three years. Germany followed suit, with ** percent of surveyed retailers giving a positive response. In the UK, only ** percent of respondents agreed that the need for digital transformation in retail was increasing.
