Supplementary notes
* The OC&C ranking of brands is an international consumer study that measures consumer perception of the main brands worldwide. Globally, more than 50,000 consumers are surveyed (including over 7,500 for France). The study asks them to rate the brands they visit, providing an average score as well as a score on each of the key dimensions of the offering (price, selection, service, etc.). The results are then compiled to establish a ranking of 650 brands around the world (including more than 120 for France).
The source does not indicate the age of the respondents nor the data collection method used.
