According to a 2024 survey on artificial intelligence (AI) usage, almost ** percent of Australian respondents stated that they were uncomfortable with companies using AI to analyze employee performances to make recommendations to management about performance reviews. At the same time, around ** percent of respondents claimed that they felt uncomfortable with the usage of AI chatbots to interview potential job candidates and then make recommendations on who should be hired.
