In a survey conducted among consumers in Australia and New Zealand regarding their attitudes toward breakthrough technologies such as generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) on online shopping interactions between brands and consumers, over ** percent of respondents indicated they believe AI had the potential to improve product quality and enhance customer shopping experiences. While sentiment toward GenAI's potential to improve brand interactions was prevalent, over **** of those surveyed also indicated that they are happy for companies to use AI as long as they do so responsibly by prioritizing ethical considerations.
