According to a January 2025 survey conducted among Australians regarding their sentiments toward artificial intelligence (AI), the top AI use case to enhance government services that respondents felt comfortable with was the prediction of environmental emergencies and subsequent resource coordination. Just over ** percent of those surveyed felt comfortable with AI being used to help people fill out government forms and applications.Â
