The attitudes toward virtual shopping assistants differ notably across age groups, a survey from 2024 showed. Among younger consumers, around ** percent of those aged between 25 and 34 and ** percent of those aged 18 and ** view these AI tools positively. However, this feeling declines with age. Only a little over a quarter of people aged 65 and ** and just about ** percent of those ** and older feel positively about such interactions. Negative perceptions rise sharply in older groups, with ** percent of individuals aged between 65 and ** and ** percent of those with ** and over expressing a negative view.
