When asked to express their attitude to the statement "It should not be allowed to direct advertising of foods that contain a lot of sugar, fat or salt at children," 76 percent of responding consumers aged 18 to 29 in Germany agreed, with 37 percent agreeing entirely and 39 percent agreeing to a certain extent. The share of agreeing respondents stood the lowest among the previously mentioned age group, while the highest amount of consumers who agreed stood among people aged 45 to 59, overall at around 88 percent.
