When asked to express their attitude to the statement "It should not be allowed to direct advertising of foods that contain a lot of sugar, fat or salt at children," 84 percent of male respondents in Germany agreed, with 60 percent agreeing entirely and 24 percent agreeing to a certain extent. Female consumers who agreed had a slightly stronger opinion, with 67 percent agreeing completely and 18 percent agreeing partially.
