In 2022, payment services offered on digital banking channels in Italy varied across platforms. The most widely adopted service was the F24 payment, which was available on ** percent of the internet banking platforms and ** percent of the mobile banking platforms. SEPA Instant Credit Transfer (SCT Inst) was also a widely available service, with ** and ** percent of internet and mobile banking platforms offering this form of payment, respectively.
