Seven in *** French consumers believe e-commerce is going to do without virtual reality (VR), a 2022 survey revealed. However, only ** percent of Gen Z consumers had the same opinion. As far as big investments are concerned, only ** percent of French shoppers viewed them positively. The percentage rose to ** percent for Gen Z respondents and even ** percent for teenagers aged between 12 and 14 years old.
