The sample sizes are nationally representative, naturally including both Klarna users and non-Klarna users.

According to a survey carried out in France in 2023, the most wanted e-commerce innovation amongst consumers regardless of gender was enhanced frictionless payment methods, an innovation which appealed to ** percent of men and ** percent of women. In turn, voice assistants were the least appreciated services among French online consumers.
