According to a Chinese consumer survey conducted by in June 2024, about ** percent of respondents had subscribed to more than one video-on-demand (SVOD) service providers and almost a quarter shared the accounts with friends and family members. The survey also found out that Tencent Video (or WeTV) and iQiyi were the most popular SVOD platforms among respondents in China.
