Trust in news sources during the COVID-19 outbreak in Norway 2020
Norwegians had the highest confidence in the news broadcast by NRK1 and TV 2 during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, according to the most recent survey in March 2020. 83 percent of the respondents have high or fairly high trust in NRK, which was a growth of one percent compared to the same period of the previous year. Trust in TV 2 news increased significantly, from a share of 61 percent to 70 percent, while confidence in local newspapers decreased the most.
